This notice describes how the Amicus Shipping corporate website works. The eSIM store and other linked applications have their own privacy information.

Contact details you provide

When you submit the inquiry form, this website validates your name, email, selections and message, then sends them to Amicus through our configured email provider. The website does not keep inquiries in a database. Messages are handled in the company inbox and by the email providers involved so we can respond to your inquiry.

The form confirms when the email service accepts a message. If sending is unavailable, it shows an error and a direct contact option. Avoid including payment card details, passwords, passport copies or eSIM activation codes.

Site usage and technical information

The production site uses our existing analytics service at analytics.amicusshippingllc.com to understand page visits and clicks on key links. Our event hooks include only an event name and page path; they exclude contact fields, message text and query strings. The analytics service may process technical visit information such as the page, browser, device and referring site.

The corporate application does not set login or advertising cookies. Short-lived request information, including IP addresses, is used in server memory to limit repeated form submissions. Hosting and proxy services may keep technical request logs separately.

Your choices and questions
