Amicus Crew Change

One journey. Several people who need the same update.

Crew-change information can be scattered across messages, spreadsheets and individual participants. Amicus Crew Change brings the trip, people and journey updates into a shared workflow.

What the tool brings together

Trip details, journey stages and communication.

The crew-change record

Vessel and port details, the joining or leaving crew, and the people participating in the operation.

The travel sequence

Journey legs and a timeline help participants follow the trip through its recorded stages.

Updates in context

Messages and alerts sit alongside the crew change so the participating team can find the update and the journey it concerns.

Who it is for

Crew on the move. Coordinators ashore and aboard.

The application supports crew members alongside invited operators, ship officers, agents, travel agents, transport companies and drivers. Access depends on each participant's role and connection to the crew change.

Crew members can register directly. Coordination roles need an appropriate invitation from the responsible team or administrator. If you are introducing the tool to an organization, contact Amicus to discuss the workflow and access first.

How it works

Set up the operation, then follow the journey.

Agree who maintains the information and who confirms each local arrangement before relying on the workflow.

  1. Join with the right access.

Register as crew, or use your team's invitation for an operational role.

  2. Connect the crew change and participants.

The coordinator records the vessel, port and crew details and connects the people involved.

  3. Build and review the itinerary.

Record journey legs and check the travel sequence with the responsible participants.

  4. Share updates as the trip develops.

Use the journey view and messages to keep the operation's information together. Confirm changed plans with the person responsible.
